Hi, I have taken this medicine for a year. I have found that it works, but it takes a lot of work (if that makes any sense). I’m on 400 mg a day for narcolepsy. I found out that if I take the medicine and then eat, there is almost no effect, but if I take food, wait about an hour or two, and take the pill, then that's fine. If I don't drink a lot of water, then it doesn't matter because it doesn't work. With this drug, I realize that for a person who always wants to sleep, scheduling this little smart pill twice a day is almost not worth it.
